About

My name is Rebecca. It is nice to meet you. I was born and raised in small Northern California town. Growing up I was surrounded by good home cooked food. I have no formal education in culinary arts. Actually, I am a graphic designer. As a designer I have a good understanding of balance, composition, and presentation. I am amazed at how my background in design has come to influence my cooking.

Iโ€™m a working mom and wife so my recipes are typically easy and donโ€™t require tons of preparation. I would call my cooking style casual, but with flare. Cooking for others and entertaining are things I love. I thrive on it. My kitchen is a place of enjoyment and passion. I love trying new recipes and putting my own spin on things.

Diva di Cucina is a blog about food. You can expect to see recipes, pictures, food facts, and even some of my adventures in the kitchen. I have created this blog as a way to share my passion for food and cooking. Feedback and comments are appreciated so please feel free to voice your thoughts and opinions.

Buon appetito!

    1. Thanks Bruce! That means a lot to me. I have always wanted to do a food blog and finally got around to it. I think it will be a lot of fun. Please feel free to share with anyone else you think might enjoy it.

  1. I don’t see an option to email your recipes to myself. I do print them after I make them first to see if we like the recipe. I want to make the pork tenderloin but have a problem finding the recipe after I leave your page.

    1. Sorry it has taken me so long to respond! At the bottom of each recipe you can see text that says “Share This:” It gives you the option to share to Facebook, Pinterest, etc. there is also a little icon that says Email. You should be able to click that and then enter your email address. Hope that helps!
